At Lokalise, I lead projects that significantly enhance user onboarding, activation, and billing through advanced AI integrations like OpenAI GPT. Notably, I delivered an ROI Calculator from concept to release, tackling complex user needs through effective prototyping, technical refinement, and alignment with strategic product objectives.

I’ve successfully implemented critical billing and monetization features within Flow, aligning closely with UX designers to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences. With strong analytical skills and a user-centric approach, I continue to improve product clarity and stability, advocating for a consistent vision focused on user-value.

At Postman, I was the Technical Lead for a newly formed Growth team, responsible for driving user engagement and retention through impactful features and strategic enhancements.

Key achievements included launching collection templates that garnered over 45,000 imports within three months, significantly improving onboarding experiences. I introduced advanced LLM-powered functionalities, enabling automatic collection generation from user code, substantially increasing new user engagement. Additionally, I streamlined our A/B testing processes and mentored junior engineers, strengthening team efficiency and fostering innovation.

At XING, I began my journey in Growth Engineering, initially focused on optimizing the onboarding process, significantly boosting premium user conversions through targeted experiments and user-centered design.

Advancing into a Senior Frontend Engineer role, I collaborated closely with core teams responsible for user profiles and networking features. At ABOUT YOU, my first professional role in Germany, I joined the multicultural Checkout team—comprised of members from over 15 nationalities—where I contributed to expanding the e-commerce platform across four European markets.

I developed and deployed custom checkout flows, integrated various payment methods, and implemented store-issued gift card functionalities. Additionally, I created a robust universal tracking solution, optimizing future development and checkout enhancements. This role provided foundational experience in e-commerce and international collaboration.
